It gives us immense pleasure to inform you that KNM is celebrating its "SILVER JUBILEE" from 19th  to 23rd  February , 2010.

The Konark Dance and Music Festival has been organized for the past 24 years(1986) by personal effort of Guru Gangadhar Pradhan, a Padmashree Awardee, cultural and social Activist and founder/director of Konark Natya Mandap situated at Arka Vihar , Konark. The KNM has an open air theatre,a prototype of Konark Temple where Konark Dance and Music Festival has been organised every year to popularize rich cultural heritage of Orissa.Konark Dance and Music Festival is a great platform to perform both by professional and upcoming artistes thereby creating an unique cultural exchange and national integration.

The Associates of KNM have gone through lot of turmoils in the past for maintaining standard of the Konark Dance and Music Festival of international level due to paucity of funds.Holding a fest of this magnitude involves bringing together hundreds of renowned artiste,musicians and handling of thousands of guest ands VIPs.Shere logistics required to put together such event need huge financial support for which we depend on patrons like you.Any donation made in this connection would contribute in the sustenance and growrth of rich cultural tradition of orissa experessed through KNM.
